Irene Fu joined OVP Venture Partners in 2003 as Controller. She has responsibility for all accounting and reporting functions of OVP-managed funds. She works directly with the CFO to analyze financial records and trends within funds and tracks portfolio company performance. She is also responsibile for preparing OVP's annual audit and analyzing financing terms through financial modeling. She organizes the OVP CFO Roundtable and provides temporary accounting and administrative resources to smaller portfolio companies.

Prior to joining OVP, Irene was an auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP where she provided auditing and business advisory services to venture capital funds, investment management companies, and various public companies.

Irene received her BA with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Washington. She is a member of the Washington Society of CPAs and a member of the CFO/Controller Committee. She enjoys the outdoors, traveling, and playing golf.
