Not only is an OVP partner on the board of each company we back, but a second partner serves as “second chair” to give greater coverage and attention to each investment.

We originate and lead our investments and support them by establishing terms and conditions, recruiting management, making introductions to other VCs and developing strategic alliances that foster the growth of a founder’s business plan. OVP partners take the raw clay and build the statue—we help, advise, support, question and guide innovative entrepreneurs.

Our investments are concentrated in cleantech, digital biology and information technology. Our track record of 53 liquidity events – including 23 IPOs – leads the region.
