WatchGuard Technologies was an electronic systems company that developed network security products.  OVP turned down the CEO in a previous startup, but he came back with a better idea and more experience the second time around.  Part of our value-add in this case was to simply stay out of the way of a management team firing on all cylinders.  This IPO was the largest ever for OVP.
